We are looking for a Team Leader to join Flying Ace Express Car Wash, part of Express Wash Concepts. The role starts at $17.50 per hour.

• Support the site’s facility and operations responsibilities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and boost sales growth.
• Uphold stringent quality standards and conduct quality control checks.
• Greet customers with a lasting first impression.
• Educate customers about the benefits of Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage customers pre‑ and post‑wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Lead the team to exceed service standards and sustain high‑quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
• Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership.
• Maintain professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines.

• Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Must work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
