Job Description:

INDUSTRIAL SECURITY OFFICER

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Security Officer e, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Security Operations.

As a Security Officer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a critical government customer. You will play a crucial role in providing industrial security oversight.

• Ensure security requirements and other security documentation (such as DD Forms 254s) in support of classified contracts are appropriately identified and implemented in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Assist with ensuring CPI, MCC, and MCF, are protected at industry locations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience, OR an associate’s degree and 4 additional years of experience (7 total), OR 9 total years of relevant experience.
• Technical skills (REQUIRED):
  Expert at Ship and Site Activation with ICD 705 knowledge. Knowledge of DODM 5205.07 required.
• Security clearance level:
  Top Secret/SAP experienced desired
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements:
  
  willingness to work on site 5 days per week and travel up to 10-25% of the time.
• Industrial Security Oversight Certification (CDSE) within one year of hire.

The likely salary range for this position is $68,765 - $93,035. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
