This role will define what that business becomes.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Liquid Solutions to own product strategy and execution for liquid-based cooling solutions supporting data centers, AI infrastructure, and other high‑performance computing environments.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and is intended for a senior Product Manager who understands how to lead the PM function across a complex portfolio of highly engineered liquid cooling systems. A background in a hardware or manufacturing environment and experience in mission critical environments preferred.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager – Liquid Solutions is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across MAS HVAC’s liquid cooling portfolio. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives.

The Senior PM will act as the primary owner of liquid cooling products supporting high‑density compute, AI/ML workloads, and mission‑critical thermal applications, partnering closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership.

  • Support sales and applications teams with product positioning, use cases, and technical differentiation
  • Monitor product performance, margins, and adoption across data center and mission‑critical markets
  • Serve as the internal product owner for liquid cooling solutions, including customer and partner engagement

  • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
