Position Summary The MEP IE Lead is responsible for overseeing projects related to the assigned sub project group or either:
Facilities & Office/human services or Line start up. This role oversees all requirements related to projects. The MEP IE will work with the GC and Gradian personnel to ensure all requirements are identified and completed to the specifications, on time, and to budget.

Key Responsibilities Building MEP IE Lead Overall Building spec Permitting and code requirements

Accessibility of the facility (roads/parking/safe access)
Facilities security based on needs during and post construction

Internal and external structures and related design and permitting

Office and enclosures

Energy – gas, electrical, renewable energy

High and Low Voltage - Power needed vs. available, WIFI Office/Human Services Planning Planning facilities requirements related to occupancy and headcount

Design safe environments for employees and travel within and outside of the facility

Required break areas and support of office and direct labor personnel

Furniture planning and layout. Work with suppliers and establish/manage related budgets.

Mfg Line MEP IE Lead Represent facilities for line design to ensure all MEP requirements are clear and available

Responsible for all bay preparation for manufacturing line ramp Works with line leadership define needs

Develop related MEP plans with timelines that support start up Process FMEA support for new lines

Within the assignments

Lead all phases of each project assigned

Ensure all requirements are understood and field and questions in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on track.

Develop and maintain assigned project lists, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, cost, and quality issues.

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Review change orders and propose approval to facilities VP for invoices and CO’s based on compliance to budget and building specs.

Conduct project meetings as needed and provide status updates to the Project Manager.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Insure GC maintains an accurate project timeline and R.A.I.L.Ensure assigned projects are delivered per timelines and budget.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of project management experience or related engineering project deployment

Knowledge of manufacturing facility requirements, including utilities, process equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure.
