Warehouse Material Handler

Shift

Hours:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday.

• Perform receiving, picking, checking, and loading activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Accurately complete system transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, shrink wrappers, dock equipment, and related tools.
• Conduct required equipment safety checks and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Support material flow including put‑away, replenishment, and line service activities.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety performance standards.

• Forklift experience (required, Crown stand‑up preferred).
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Skill in safely operating material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with changing priorities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Must successfully obtain and maintain internal powered industrial truck (forklift) certification within five (5) working days of placement into the position.
• Demonstrate ability to safely perform material movement tasks including picking, loading, and equipment operation at all times.
• Meet required training and proficiency expectations for assigned material handler level and tasks (including task and route proficiency as applicable).
• Comply with all safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain all job requirements, training expectations, and certifications outlined for this role.

• Hourly pay range: $14.80 – $27.50.
• Annual incentives may also be available.
