EHouse Assembler; Structural Assembly

Job Summary

As a Structural Assembler, you will work with hand tools and power tools to assemble a variety of components and create large, complex systems and structures. The role requires the ability to read and follow detailed instructions with precision. You will routinely review manuals, drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure all components fit correctly. The Structural Assembler works standing, walking, and moving for the entire shift and regularly lifts up to 50 lbs.

Hours:

5am - 3:30pm M - Th

• Review manuals, drawings, schematics, blueprints and other assembly instructions
• Gather necessary materials and equipment
• Measure space and components to ensure a perfect fit
• Select or modify components according to instructions, measurements, and specifications
• Align materials based on specifications to assemble complex units
• Assemble parts using hand tools and power tools
• Measure and inspect completed assemblies for quality
• Identify, report, and document any issues in the assembly process
• Maintain accurate records of production quantities and time for completion

• Previous mechanical assembly experience OR a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, schematics, etc.
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently as an individual (anything above 50 lbs. will be a team lift)
• High school diploma OR equivalent (required)
