Role Specifics and Benefits

    Provide expert perioperative nursing care, including patient assessment, accurate documentation, sterile technique, and coordination with the surgical team before, during, and after procedures. Assist in preoperative preparation, scrubbing, gowning, draping, instrument handling, and intraoperative monitoring. Safely manage anesthesia transitions, maintain hemodynamic stability, and ensure flawless turnover for successive cases. Deliver patient education, advocate for comfort and safety, and execute precise handoffs to PACU or ambulatory care, with a focus on reducing complications and improving recovery trajectories.
