Excel Roofing & Construction is actively seeking experienced sales representatives with a background in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, decks, or exterior remodeling.

If you're a self-motivated closer who wants the freedom to build your own pipeline while receiving strong company support, we'd like to talk with you.

This is not an entry-level position
. We are looking for individuals who already understand exterior remodeling sales, insurance restoration sales, retail sales, or a combination of both.

• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship building
• Conduct property inspections
• Identify roofing, siding, gutter, window, and deck replacement opportunities
• Present solutions and close sales
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable
• Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
• Communicate with customers throughout the project
  
  Work closely with our production team to ensure successful project completion

• Minimum one year of roofing or exterior remodeling sales experience
• Knowledge of insurance restoration sales, retail remodeling sales, or both
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude
