This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant distribution center operations. Shift Hours are: 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday
Key responsibilities include:
Perform receiving, picking, checking, and loading activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions Accurately complete system transactions to maintain inventory integrity Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, shrink wrappers, dock equipment, and related tools Conduct required equipment safety checks and report unsafe conditions immediately Support material flow including put-away, replenishment, and line service activities Meet established productivity, quality, and safety performance standards YOU HAVE Forklift experience (required, stand-up Crown preferred) Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred Skill in safely operating material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities Effective communication and teamwork skills To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to meet the following essential requirements:
Must have the ability to successfully obtain and maintain internal powered industrial truck (forklift) certification within five (5) working days of placement into the position Demonstrate ability to safely perform material movement tasks including picking, loading, and equipment operation at all times.
