Job Description Join our team and help keep our operations running strong. We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Team Lead to support our 2nd shift operations. In this role, you’ll guide daily activities, support your team, and help drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.
What you will do:- Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations to meet production and shipping commitments
- Provide work direction, coaching, and support to hourly team members
- Train and onboard new employees and temporary workers
- Monitor daily performance and take action to keep the team on track
- Partner with supervisors and support teams to resolve operational issues
- Promote a safe, organized work environment and reinforce safety expectations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and engage the team in problem‑solving
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and other material handling tools as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Forklift certification and ability to pass internal testing required
Comfortable using computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, warehouse systems) - Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with others
- A positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to be hands‑on
2nd Shift – Monday–Friday, 2:30 – 11:00 PM (with opportunity for overtime)
