Supply Chain Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Associate I to join their team. As a Supply Chain Associate I, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Support inventory management, forecasting, and planning activities to ensure optimal stock levels

+ Manage order processing and credit management tasks to facilitate smooth supply chain operations

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

+ Assist in assembly and other supply chain generalist tasks to support daily operations

+ Engage in special projects and contribute to process enhancements within the supply chain

** What's Needed?*
* + Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

+ 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or related fields

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
