Accounting Operations Coordinator - On-site

As an Accounting Operations Coordinator, you will drive efficiency and scalability across the business by optimizing workflows, supporting accounting and operational processes, and ensuring systems work seamlessly together.

Key Sub Tasks
  • Optimize workflows across departments by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • Support and maintain ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective system utilization
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and receiving workflows to ensure alignment with accounting processes
  • Manage accounts payable support functions, including invoice reconciliation, GL coding, and vendor statement reviews
  • Track purchase orders, warranties, and credits while ensuring proper documentation and compliance
  • Assist with system implementations, integrations, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Act as a cross‑functional partner between accounting, operations, logistics, and leadership teams
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure consistent adherence to processes and procedures
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and hold teams accountable to operational standards
