Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

Our client is a fast-growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and own the accounting function. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while driving process improvements and building scalable accounting operations. The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and partner with leadership to support the company's continued growth.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial statement preparation, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and cash management.
• Manage technical accounting, cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Support audits, tax filings, and other strategic finance initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in month-end close, technical accounting, cost accounting, and GAAP.
• Experience with in manufacturing or inventory-based environments strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
