Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with GAAP.

+ Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

+ Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate discrepancies.

+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.

+ Prepare supporting schedules and account analyses for financial reporting.

+ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

+ Support the annual external audit by preparing schedules, documentation, and audit requests.

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

+ Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
