Supervisory Accountant

Supervisory Accountant

Duties include:

• Review and certify account reconciliations, audits, and regular reviews to ensure integrity of accounting data;
• Monitor reports generated by FMS to identify and correct any out of balance conditions;
• Advanced knowledge of accounting methodologies;
• Determine audit samples and criteria to test program operations;
• Identify trends in data samples that are indicative of process issues;
• Articulate findings concisely to management along with actions to resolve those findings;
• Utilize a electronic double entry method of recording transactions in accounts;
• Expertise in electronic accounting information systems - VISTA, FMS, VPFS, IPPS, CCS and CGE Concur;
• Extract information from accounting information systems;

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
