The Accounts Payable Staff Accountant at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis manages full-cycle accounts payable in a nonprofit setting, supporting month-end close and audits. You will review invoices and POs, maintain vendor data, and help strengthen internal controls and data governance.
You will process weekly payments, assist with SOX-like controls, and provide analyses for budget monitoring and encumbrance tracking. Experience in grants and strong Excel abilities are preferred.
