Accounts Payable

This role is supporting a small Finance/AP team during a busy peak season and will focus on high-volume invoice processing and Accounts Payable support. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6‑12 weeks and requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support Accounts Payable operations in a high‑volume environment processing approximately 100‑150 invoices daily
• Assist with invoice processing and backlog reduction while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Perform 3‑way matching and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, including high‑volume processing experience

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
