A Dayton area Business is looking for a Staff Accountant to provide financial information by maintaining accounts, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and performing general accounting tasks.
THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE POSITION.
RESPONSIBILITES- Preparing and post general ledger accounts
- Month end closing
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Accounts Payable
- Completing audits
- Processing purchase orders
- Other accounting functions as needed.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and practices
