Senior Staff Accountant

Senior Staff Accountants are responsible for:
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in adherence to GAAP.
- Perform reconciliations for key accounts, including cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and liabilities, ensuring proper ledger-to-subledger alignment.
- Prepare and post complex journal entries (e.g., depreciation, accruals, adjustments) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage the fixed asset ledger, overseeing asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits by organizing requested financial documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Implement process improvements for reconciliation of workflows
