Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Take ownership of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, providing end-to-end visibility into the financial operations of the business.

Manage the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.

Process vendor invoices, customer invoicing, collections, and payment activities.

Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related general ledger accounts.

Prepare month-end accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Support audits and provide detailed financial documentation and analysis.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, pricing, receiving, and payment discrepancies.

3+ years of accounting experience with AP, AR, or general accounting responsibilities.

Experience managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions preferred.

Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices.

Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
