Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Cash handling/reimbursements
- ERP experience
- Data entry on purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing
- Processing invoices for daily check runs
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for payment
- Perform 3-way matching (verifying supplier invoices by comparing them with purchase orders and delivery receipts)
- Maintains all AP reports and spreadsheets
