Tax Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. This opportunity is designed for an accounting professional with 5–10 years of public accounting experience in either Tax who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• Manage and oversee client engagements within your area of expertise
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
• Plan, manage, and complete engagements while meeting deadlines and client expectations
• Review tax returns, financial statements, audit work papers, and other client deliverables, as applicable
• Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions and recommendations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior-level team members
• Review work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards
• Communicate with clients throughout the engagement process and address questions or concerns
• Assist with identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and develop new business
• Stay current on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and other industry developments
• Participate in firm initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm

• 5–10 years of public accounting experience in Tax
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license
• Strong technical knowledge within your area of expertise
• Demonstrated experience managing client engagements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality client service
