Job Description

Auto Vision is seeking meticulous and self‑motivated individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialists. This is an in‑office position based out of our location in Dayton, Ohio. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that pricing, descriptions, and vehicle data are accurately syndicated from the Reynolds software to third‑party platforms. You will be responsible for identifying and escalating any issues found during the validation process.

This position involves working on upcoming software launches as well as assisting customers who have been using Auto Vision for an extended period.

• Validate syndication data to ensure accuracy of pricing, descriptions, and vehicle information from Reynolds software to third‑party platforms.
• Identify, document, and escalate any discrepancies or issues discovered in the data syndication process.
• Collaborate on upcoming software launches by ensuring data is properly syndicated.
• Support ongoing customer maintenance to ensure continued accuracy and reliability of their data syndication.
• Utilize Google Chrome and Microsoft Excel for checking and reporting data inconsistencies.
• Quickly learn new software and tools as needed to perform job responsibilities effectively.

• Proficient with Google Chrome and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in data validation, syndication, or a related field is a plus.
• Available to work at least 24 hours per week.
