Epsilon C5I is seeking a motivated and diligent individual with experience or academic studies in Business, Finance, Accounting, Political Science, Technical/Business Writing, Legal, or related disciplines for an internship opportunity in our Beavercreek, OH office. You will be tasked with supporting Business Administration functions for assigned Business Units.
Positions will be part‑time paid internship opportunities awarded on a competitive basis. The assignments will begin in Winter or Spring 2026 depending on candidate availability. The successful candidate(s) will be provided with hands‑on experience working with members of our Business Operations Team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing new‑hire materials, coordinating workspace setup, and helping facilitate first‑day logistics.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance office workflows and employee experience.
- Help manage office supplies and equipment, including tracking inventory, processing requests, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Provide administrative support to HR and leadership teams, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and document management.
- Contribute to the development of IT onboarding documentation and workflows.
- Assist with file documentation in accordance with company policy.
- Contribute to other miscellaneous special projects.
- High School Diploma.
- Demonstrated a high level of academic achievement or strong relevant experience.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent computer skills and experience.
- Prefer recent undergraduate degree or currently pursuing undergraduate degree.
- Some relevant experience within Government, private industry, or a combination of both.
- Local to Dayton, Ohio.
- Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
- Noise conditions from very quiet to noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
- Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
