Pay$24.62 - $34.96 depending on experience
Length of Contract12 months
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with grace under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong team player capable of working collaboratively with all levels of the ESC and client districts.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Track purchase orders, mileage, and expenses for the instructional services department.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications.
- Organize and manage office operations and procedures.
- Maintain instructional supplies for PD activities.
