• Supply and equipment management, processing patient supply orders and accurate/timely data entry.
• Back‑up support for the medical records coordinator when needed.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office operations to maintain quality standards.
• Accept new assignments and tasks from administrative personnel and participate in office activities as the company grows and changes.
• Clean equipment, stock supply rooms, interact with patients picking up supplies, pack supplies for delivery, scribe orders phoned into the department, and assure off‑site areas are stocked.
