Events Assistant

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and delivery of events from initial brief through to on-site execution
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, and clients to ensure seamless coordination
• Assist with logistics, timelines, and event documentation
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs to plan
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for events and delivering memorable experiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Previous experience in events or hospitality is advantageous but not essential
