Collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the capability development programs and projects for the C-130H Aircraft Modernization Program. The assistance encompasses three areas, in order of daily significance, namely program management assistance, administrative management and office management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (
* Essential functions)
  • Participate in various program and project meetings including, but not limited to planning discussions, site visit planning, contract kickoff meetings, system requirements reviews, program management reviews, system design reviews, demonstration and acceptance plan reviews, technical interchange meetings, prototype compliance reviews, design maturation reviews, government technology demonstrations, and demonstration report reviews.
  • Edit, coordinate and publish program meeting minutes.
  • Participate in program or project‑related team meetings at OEM contractor locations or other Government facilities as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Act as “project scribe” in meetings, operating conference room computers and changing data dynamically in documents, project schedules, spreadsheets or presentations as directed by the division chief, program manager or other personnel.
  • Coordinate programmatic documents with the DAG, PEG or Front Office Group (FOG).
  • Coordinate participation of various military, civilian, contractor and industry personnel for program meetings.
  • Manage SOCCER and other suspense tasking receipt, tracking and submission process for the division.
  • Create and edit administrative, status and miscellaneous division documents, formatting them to meet AF correspondence standards.
  • Manage SharePoint site content and the division’s official file plan and records.
  • Assist Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submissions related to official trips.
  • Coordinate with facility managers on division office and common area issues, ensuring routine office supplies are stocked for use by division personnel.
  • Create graphic charts of programmatic data in spreadsheets, following division staff guidance regarding content and display.
  • Track production of the division’s monthly report to the AFPEO/MB, coordinating inputs and edits and providing the final version to the division chief for submission.
  • Edit, coordinate, update and publish program‑related briefing slides in collaboration with the division staff.
  • Assist Government staff with the execution of various assigned project and program management as well as administrative management activities, including creation, editing, maintenance or distribution of project or program documentation, participation in project or program meetings and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Assist the division chief with managing the self‑assessment program using the MICT.
  • Perform branch AATAPs timekeeping and assist leadership with DTS travel.
Required Experience
  • HS Diploma, and ten (10) years of project assistance, administrative assistance or similar experience in the public, military, non‑profit or private sectors.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) and DTS (Defense Travel System).
