Position: MANAGEMENT ANALYST - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Administrative Assistant

Duties include:

  • Providing managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of projects, programs, operations, and management of the organization.
  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing procedures for management of program responsibilities. Participating in special studies and inspections relative to problems, functions, and operations as directed by higher authority.
  • Periodically reviewing internal procedures for assignment management programs and processes to ensure compliance with applicable directives and instructions.
  • Presenting briefings and visual presentations. Incumbent delivers clear and well-structured presentations that address issues at hand.
