We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boutique Coordinator North to join our team at the Women's Center-Dayton. This role is vital in supporting our ministry of life‑affirming services by managing the boutique operations with excellence, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a personal commitment to the philosophy of positive parenting and possess a servant’s heart, understanding how every task contributes to our mission.

• Coordinate daily boutique activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming boutique environment.
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, volunteers, and staff.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall ministry goals.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of boutique items.
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure with discipline and professionalism.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance aligned with positive parenting principles.
