We are looking for a confident executive support professional who has experience working directly with senior‑level leadership and knows how to manage a fast‑moving executive office with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, and document management systems.
- Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Minimum 5 years of executive support, office management, administrative leadership, or related experience.
- Previous experience supporting a President, CEO, senior executive, board‑level leader, elected official, or comparable leadership role.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, confidential communications, and competing priorities.
- Experience with in higher education, government, public sector, nonprofit, or complex stakeholder‑driven organizations.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating executive projects, budgets, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to attend meetings, events, and occasional off‑site functions as required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the President.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and other executive documents.
- Screen, prioritize, and coordinate communications requiring executive attention.
- Organize meeting materials and monitor action items, deadlines, and follow‑up activities.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive projects, track deliverables, and support strategic initiatives across departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information, budgets, memberships, purchasing, and executive office operations.
