- Approximately 500 vehicles per week
- Approximately $1,500 average repair order

This position is designed for a technician who can handle more than entry-level maintenance and wants the opportunity to continue growing.
Responsibilities may include:
- Perform general automotive repairs
- Diagnose mechanical concerns
- Assist with electrical and drivability diagnosis
- Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently
- Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs
- Communicate repair findings with service advisors
- Follow dealership repair and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
The Ford location services approximately 90-95% domestic vehicles
, giving technicians consistent exposure to domestic repair work.
- B-Level automotive repair ability
- Hands-on automotive technician experience
- Ability to perform maintenance and general repair independently
- Developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Own set of technician tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes
- Domestic vehicle experience
- Ford experience
- Dealership experience
- ASE certifications
- DVI experience
Prior dealership or Ford experience is not required
. Technicians coming from independent repair shops are encouraged to apply.
