Billing & Revenue Trainer

Position: Billing & Revenue Trainer-1
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Billing & Revenue Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training programs for our back-office teams supporting SAP ISU billing and revenue operations. This role is essential to ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate complex billing processes, maintain data accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

As business needs evolve, this role may also support call center training initiatives and related communications to ensure alignment across frontline and back-office operations. The duties and responsibilities outlined below are not all inclusive and may be adjusted as business needs change.
