Credence has an upcoming need for an Operations Specialist who willbe primarily responsible for supporting the Dayton Program Management Office by providing daily direct operational support and assistance to the Program Managers managing multi‑million dollar contracts for the U.S. Air Force, Department of War and other government agencies.
Responsibilities- Reviewing, editing and compiling Program Deliverable and Status Reports
- Reviewing, processing and tracking employee travel requests.
- Performing on‑boarding off‑boarding activities of new departing employees.
- Recording, maintaining and tracking accurate notes and meeting minutes as required.
- Maintaining accurate equipment supply records.
- Ensuring timely delivery of contract tasks, deliverables and suspense tracking.
- Interacting with employees, task leads, business partners, government and clients as necessary.
- Acts as employee local liaison to Program Managers and corporate staff.
- Planning and assisting in business meeting and events such as job fairs, employee gatherings etc.
- Other duties as needed or directed by Program Managers.
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to:
- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Share Point
- Experience in Time keeping tools (Deltek, Costpoint)
- Experience in Travel and Expense Management software (SAP, Concur)
- Records Management skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Knoledge of DOD, USAF and government contracts preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management principles preferred
- After hours work and some travel may be required
