The Brokerage Operations Coordinator at Coldwell Banker Heritage serves a crucial role in the organization and is responsible for managing the overall operations of our brokerage. This role includes tasks such as facilitating operations workflow, building strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring the brokers, agents, staff, and clients are equipped to operate efficiently.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute operational initiatives and provide strategic oversight for all brokerage operations.
- Provide support to brokers and agents within the organization, including answering any queries or helping resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and roll out processes and guidelines to enable smooth functioning of the brokerage. This could involve enhancing existing processes or creating new ones as needed.
- Co‑ordinate effectively with internal teams and communicate pertinent information timely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Plan and manage resources to execute strategic operational goals.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. A master’s is highly preferred.
- Experience of at least 3‑5 years in a similar or relevant role.
- Proven track record of managing brokerage operations at a high level.
- Strong proficiency in managing and interpreting data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
