In this role, you will be at the forefront of resolving critical customer disputes and claims, directly influencing customer loyalty and shaping the future of our Global Administrative Team's operational efficiency.

• Spearhead the investigation and resolution of diverse customer disputes related to product quality, billing, and shipping with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to gather insights and co‑create creative solutions for complex customer concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and providing strategic feedback to management to enhance global service processes.
• Own the documentation and lifecycle of customer interactions within our CRM, ensuring transparency and accuracy for internal audits and system enhancements.
• Act as a key contributor to special projects, including testing scenarios for internal system innovations and advanced software applications.

• You have 2‑5 years of experience in claims management, order administration, sales support, or accounting.
• You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for building internal relationships and conveying a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and complex problem‑solving.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment.

• Experience with top‑tier Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or Salesforce CRM.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Software Delivery, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Data Load tools.
