Mobile Fingerprinting Specialist

Position Overview

Entyre Care is seeking a reliable and self‑motivated individual to support our team by completing mobile fingerprinting for background check scans for caregivers across Ohio. This role is primarily field‑based and involves traveling to various locations to perform fingerprint scans in compliance with state requirements.

No prior experience is required. We provide full training.

• Travel to scheduled locations across Ohio to complete fingerprint (BCI/FBI) scans
• Verify identity and ensure accurate documentation prior to submission
• Maintain compliance with all background check and data handling requirements
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate effectively with internal team and applicants
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of fingerprint results
• Maintain equipment and report any issues as needed

• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass BCI/FBI background check
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic technology proficiency (laptop/tablet use)

• Experience in healthcare, field operations, or administrative roles
• Experience with scheduling or working in a mobile/field‑based role
