Trimble is looking for a proactive workplace leader ready to elevate the daily employee and guest experience across dynamic corporate facilities. In this role, you will seamlessly balance facility systems management, vendor relations, and high-impact site projects to create an engaging, efficient, and safe environment where teams can innovate and thrive.

In this role, you will serve as the heart of site operations, directly shaping workplace culture, optimizing environment safety, and driving cross-functional projects that empower team members to perform at their best every day.

Key exciting responsibilities:

• Champion the end-to-end workplace experience by managing lobby reception, site access control, interactive office maps, and ticketing workflows.
• Drive site safety and compliance through comprehensive emergency action plans, safety training, audits, and safety program oversight.
• Oversee operational budget administration, processing invoices, coding expenses, and tracking utility data for optimal site performance.
• Lead project logistics for site renovations, capital facility improvements, vendor management, and employee culture events.

Essential skills & experience:

• Proven experience supervising facilities operations, site administration, or office management in a corporate environment.
• Strong working knowledge of facility systems, access control, maintenance databases, and safety compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage vendors, events, and ticketing systems.
• Outstanding communication and customer service orientation to cultivate an inclusive, welcoming site culture.

Bonus points for:

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or relevant environmental health and safety (EHS) certifications.
• Prior experience managing site renovation projects, space planning tools, or corporate leasing administration.

Compensation:
Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring range: $63,900.00–$87,900.00
