Project Manager (Medicaid and Medicare)
Location:
Dayton, OH (Remote) Duration: 12 Plus Months Rate: DOE U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Manage large to medium-scale or low to medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone projects
Responsible for delivery of project
Lead stakeholders in the refinement of the project charter
Develop & maintain project schedule & work breakdown structure
Develop and maintain project budget
Accurately track and report project status against plan to all
Maintain RAID for project items
Identify, log, assign and manage risks & issues
Implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholders
Represent project in program meetings
Meeting summaries: capture & report on main decisions & action items
Develop project operations & support plan
Provide EPMO & business project estimates
Incorporate effective scope/change management impact assessment and controls
Maintain project documentation
Escalate issues to Business Owner/ Program Manager/ EPMO Leadership
Schedule & facilitate project meetings including weekly status meetings, stakeholder meetings
Promote cross-functional communication between impacted business & IT areas
Facilitate that project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle
Produce detailed reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications on assigned projects
Assist with the continuous improvement of project management leading practices, processes, and tools
