Senior ERP Business Analyst

The University of Dayton is hiring a Senior ERP Business Analyst specializing in Human Resources. This role requires leading business analysis and ERP implementation efforts by collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT to enhance processes and align technology solutions with institutional goals.

• Lead discovery sessions and document business and functional requirements for HR operations.
• Develop process maps, perform gap analyses, and maintain requirements traceability.
• Participate in ERP implementation activities including configuration validation and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on processes such as Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management.
• Require experience with business process modeling and creating business analysis artifacts.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of business analysis experience including 3 years supporting ERP implementations.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, Workday HCM experience, and industry certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus are essential.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and high-level stakeholders in higher education is preferred.
