We are looking for a new Picking Supervisor to join our growing Outbound Team and Fulfillment Center network . This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Picking Team.

Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs
Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET and Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET (Saturdays run based on operational need). While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 11:30pm ET
, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams.

Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $72,440 to $90,550 within a full position range of $72,440 to $108,660 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Picking Team is picking all Fast Track shipments that come in on a daily basis while keeping a high level of accuracy
• Wave orders and delegate specific assignments when necessary
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Customer Service Team in terms of high priority orders, incomplete SKUs, order errors or any issues that come up that relate to the Picking Team
• Train all team members on all operational processes along with standard safety and organizational processes by working with the Training Team
• Ensure that priority replenishments are completed in a timely manner
• Track performance of each team member and providing consistent feedback regularly along with check-ins along with individual and departmental KPI success
• Conduct monthly check-ins with each member of the Picking Team in order to establish rapport and provide feedback
• Immediately address all personnel and performance related incidents that arise
• Ensure the P i cking Associate’s timecards are accurate and up to date
• Attend and participate in the HR Leadership meetings twice a month
• Execute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Outbound Manager to support the growth
• Execute all projects assigned by the Outbound Manager
• All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
  • Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day
