Located in

We are now hiring Youth Care Workers to support youth ages 15–21 in a structured group home setting
. If you are passionate about mentoring, supporting, and guiding young people toward independence, we want to meet you!
- Pay: $16 per hour
- Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
- Provide supervision and support to youth in care
- Assist with daily living skills and routines
- Encourage positive behavior and personal growth
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Document services and communicate with team members
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Experience working with youth preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
