This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Supervisor located in Dayton, OH. The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensure project schedules and budgets are met, and coordinate with project teams to achieve quality outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising site crews, conducting inspections to ensure safety and compliance, managing workflows, resolving on-site issues, and communicating with all stakeholders to maintain progress and efficiency in project execution.
Qualifications- Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision to effectively manage construction teams and ensure project success.
- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Experience with Construction Safety protocols and practices, with a commitment to prioritizing safe work environments.
- Ability to perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials, and the ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management, site supervision, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial construction and understanding of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
