Superintendent #22-00115
We're hiring for an experienced OSP Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for multiple projects, and be equipped with the leadership qualities needed to successfully lead a team to meet their goals. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in utility construction. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining an operational strategy as a leader of the OSP construction team
- Ensuring divisional goals are met
- Facilitating growth
- Fostering company culture
- Meeting and exceeding company safety goals
- Forecasting progress
- Promoting a positive image as leader
- 5+ years of experience within the telecom industry
- 5+ years of experience in utility construction
- Familiar with all aspects of OSP operations
- Business development skills
