Holder Construction is seeking an Assistant Lift Director to support crane, rigging, and lifting operations on our Indianapolis project. This full‑time, in‑person role requires a safety‑driven leader who can reinforce our safety culture and coordinate with project teams.
You will lead elements of our crane and rigging program, review lift plans and JHA, conduct training, and ensure compliance with ANSI, ASME, and OSHA standards while driving a zero‑accident mindset on site.
