SUMMARYThe Production Coordinator Team Leader supports the planning and execution of high-quality, distraction‑free worship environments for Christian Life Center’s weekend services, rehearsals, special services, live streams, and ministry events. This role provides hands‑on coordination and technical support for audio, video, lighting, presentation, livestream, staging, and related production systems. The Production Coordinator Team Leader works closely with worship, pastoral, creative, and ministry teams;
recruits, trains, schedules, and supports production volunteers; maintains production equipment and workflows; and helps ensure services and events are prepared, staffed, and executed with excellence. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, spiritually mature, organized, collaborative, calm under pressure, and passionate about using production technology to support worship and ministry.
The Production Coordinator Team Leader is expected to fully support the vision, leadership, policies, and ministry philosophy of Christian Life Center while maintaining healthy, cooperative relationships with staff, volunteers, ministry leaders, vendors, and the congregation. This role serves as a key production partner for weekend services, rehearsals, special services, live streams, and ministry events and is expected to communicate proactively, work collaboratively, and represent CLC with professionalism, humility, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.

Service & Event Production- Coordinate and support technical production for weekend services, rehearsals, special services, conferences, ministry events, and other church gatherings, including audio, video, lighting, livestream, presentation systems, staging, and related technologies.
- Partner with pastors, worship leaders, creative teams, and ministry leaders to understand service plans, production needs, transitions, media cues, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review production elements in service planning systems, including run‑of‑show details, production notes, volunteer assignments, media cues, lyrics, slides, videos, and other service elements.
- Assist with setup, soundcheck, rehearsals, live execution, troubleshooting, and post‑service reset or teardown to ensure production environments are organized, safe, and ready for use.
- Operate production positions as needed, including audio, lighting, video switching, cameras, livestream, presentation software, stage management, or other assigned technical roles.
Maintain, organize, test, and troubleshoot production equipment and systems, including microphones, cables, batteries, lighting fixtures, cameras, switchers, encoders, computers, presentation systems, and livestream tools.
Help ensure livestream and recording systems are prepared, monitored, and functioning properly before, during, and after services and events.
Maintain organized storage areas, equipment inventories, documentation, workflows, and basic lifecycle plans for production resources.
Identify equipment needs, repairs, replacements, and process improvements; research options and recommend cost‑effective solutions that support ministry excellence and good stewardship.
