Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
  • Continuous improvement of knowledge of products and services.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as requested by management.

Must Haves:

  • Great organizational skills and multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
