The Big Task
As a Customer Service Expert, you'll create exceptional first impressions by turning customer calls into confidently booked service appointments.
Key Sub Tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem-solving mindset
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments efficiently to turn opportunities into booked calls and satisfied customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success
