Voss Cadillac, a member of the esteemed Voss Auto Network, is seeking a customer‑focused individual to join our service team. This dual‑role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and detail‑oriented administrative tasks. You will be the welcoming face of our service department while also managing accurate and timely submissions of warranty claims.

• Cashier/Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Accurately process payments for service, parts, and sales transactions
  • Balance the cash drawer and prepare end‑of‑day reports
  • Answer and direct phone calls as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized cashier and front desk area
  • Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries

• Prior cashier or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid license
