Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
We are a family-owned plumbing and HVAC company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Support/Dispatch team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in call center customer service, customer support, HVAC and plumbing dispatch or service-based industry scheduling.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting HVAC and plumbing service operations, managing incoming calls and coordinating service appointments with technicians and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Service, Dispatch & Operations Support- Handle high-volume inbound calls in a customer service/call center environment, providing professional customer support for plumbing and HVAC customers.
- Schedule, confirm, adjust HVAC and plumbing service appointments, working closely with technicians and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, permit details and job documentation in CRM and scheduling systems.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability–priorities can change quickly, this role requires the ability to adjust while staying organized and calm.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and solution-focused thinking.

- Multitasking in a fast-paced service environment.
- High school Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service call centers, Dispatch or Customer Support.
- Prior experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Home Services or Field Service Dispatch preferred.
